Grand Island Catholic School

Central Catholic Alumni
Growing Giving Hearts, One Person, One Gift at a Time

No matter where life takes you, we are always happy to welcome you home at Central Catholic. Founded over 55 years ago, we are now enrolling the children and grandchildren of alumni! These second and third generation alumni further strengthen our ties to the community. We are thankful to the wonderful alumni who have played a part in helping us build a strong, positive reputation in our community for building quality individuals.

Reminisce over shared and cherished memories, and renew friendships by participating in class reunions. Contact the foundation office at 308.382.5499, so you can be sure to receive notification of upcoming events. We look forward to welcoming you home!

    Hall of Fame Nominations

Do you know of a Central Catholic or Saint Mary’s high school graduate who has made a significant contribution to society? If so, we invite you to nominate them for the Grand Island Central Catholic Hall of Fame by completing and submitting the form found at the side of this page.

We respectfully request that you adhere to our guidelines when submitting nominations. The nominee(s) should satisfy one or more of the following criteria:

    • A graduate or an associate member of Saint Mary’s High School or Central Catholic High School
    • A former or present member of the working staff of Saint Mary’s High School or Central Catholic High School
    • Anyone associated with the parochial schools of Grand Island who has shown a direct interest in the present and future of parochial education

Nominees are selected for the hall of fame by a confirming vote of the alumni committee and then approved by both the Central Catholic Board of Education and Central Catholic Foundation Board. We will recognize alumni inducted into the hall of fame with a photograph and biographical sketch.

Please complete the Hall of Fame nomination form, and submit it to a member of the Central Catholic staff, the school, or a foundation board member.
